Partially assembled polypropylene panels welded inside and out for maximum seam strength.
Baffle being positioned inside tank. Note the cutout to allow for the Tank level float switch to move inside the tank. The baffle is welded to the interior of the tank providing greater strength to the overall structure.
Final tank assembly with top panel welded into place. Note that all fitting holes are threaded and ready for necessary hardware. Original fuel gauge level switch has also been installed at clients request.
Assembled fuel tanks with fuel pick up tubes and instrument switches installed.
